Hamfest Booking Process
- User goes to hamfest booking page.
- User enters his email address, callsign, and contact info
- Selects how many attendees, type of booth, etc.
- User selects whether to pay now, send a check, or pay onsite.
- In case of pay-now, user gets redirected to the pay-page, then comes back for final confirmation printout.
- User prints out documents for presentation at hamfest
- System tracks registrations, assignments to booths, payment status, etc.
- System stores email for future reminders of hamfests
- System updates status page for bookings.
